| Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the Characteristics of atherosclerosis severity degree in extracranial carotid arteries and proper palmar digital artery in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and to provide clinical index for the prophylaxis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease . Methods 71 Patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease combine hypertension, 30 patients with hypertension and 38 healthy collators were detected by colour-Doppler ultrasound . Results (1)The IMT, the inner diameter,the prevalence of plaque,the plaque index number and the plaque accumulated points of extracranial carotid arteries in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease combine hypertension and patients with hypertension have significant difference compared with that in healthy collators(P<0.05). (2)The IMT, the prevalence of astable plaque,the plaque index number and the plaque accumulated points of extracranial carotid arteries in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease top those of the other two groops (P<0.05). (3)Multivariant linear stepwise regression analysis show that the pulse pressure, the systolic pressure , overdose compliance are important influencing factors of IMT. (4)The ultrasonic testing of the proper palmar digital artery show that , compared with that in healthy collators , in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease combine hypertension and patients with hypertension , EDV lower ang RI has a accretion (P<0.05).There is no significant difference in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease combine hypertension and patients with hypertension(P>0.05). Conclusion (1)The changes in extracranial carotid arteries caused by hypertention are that , thicker IMT , the inner diameter accretion and the prevalence of plaque . (2)The thicker IMT and the prevalence of plaque, especially the prevalence of astable plaque of extracranial carotid arteries are predict factor for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. (3)Higher pulse pressure and systolic pressure are more important for atherosclerosis severity degree. (4)The changes of the proper palmar digital artery can reflect therosclerosis severity degree caused by hypertention , but the predictive value need further study . |
