Objective:To observe the effect of Weibihuan Granule(WG) about the Functional Dyspepsia (FD) Rats ,in the gastro electric rhythm , stomach emptied , small intestine movement,the activity isolated fundus gastric muscle of stomach , gastro hormone by serial experiment .To define his facilitation to intestines and stomach motive force, announce it treats function mechanism of FD, appraise its security and offer scientific basis for clinical application.Method :1. To choose cleanness Kunming little mouse at the age of six to eight weeks .They are divided into 3 groups randomly according to the sex , weight, each of which contain 20 case .The little mouse is irrigated the stomach, according to its most heavy density and large volume . During one week ,observe little mouse toxicity react and death count. The little mouse is irrigated stomach 2-4 times a day if LD50 can't be measured, determine little mouse big tolerance quantity most (MTD ).2. To observe the role of WG in stomach emptied , small intestine movement of normal mouse and the inhibit role about Atropine and Neostigmine influence gastro.3. To observe the percentage of stomach electricity main frequency , main power , slow wave lotus root and the electric activity of stomach skin before and after every group treats by the big mouse of FD in experiment.4. Among the experiment, .to evaluate the effeit of WG by observing the activity of stomach bottom skin by the shrinking amplitude and the change of frequency; at the same time observing the resist function to acetyl choline..5. To measure the expressions of ICC and SMC , the amount of CGRP and SP ,the amount of NOS and 5-HT at the stomach bottom in Functional Dyspepsia (FD) Rats by the immune ways.1. The great tolerance quantity of little mouse is 352 multiple, exceed 100 multiple the security lines which population person take, but have no little mouse death. It proves that the medicine is safe and effective in clinical practice.2. WG has distinctive role in stomach emptied , small intestine movement of normal litter mouse (P <0. 01),and has relation with dosage; Banxiaxiexintang has no the role. Meanwhile, WG has double adjustment in stomach emptied , small intestine movement under the unusual state mouse and it is equil with Cisapride in adjusting gastro movement.3. On main frequency, there is not distinctive difference between WG and Cisapride (P> 0. 05),and better than Banxiaxiexintang (P<0.01); WG better than Cisapride Banxiaxiexintang on influencing main power(p<0.01);there is not distinctive difference between WG and Banxiaxiexintang ( p>0.05),superior to Cisapride in the percentage of slow wave.4. Both WG and Banxiaxiexintang can distinctly strengthen stomach shrink range(p>0.05), superior to Cisapride(P <0. 01); Both WG and Cisapride can accelerate frequency of shrinking obviously (p>0.05), superior to Banxiaxiexintang (P <0. 01);WG has obviously resist function on the acetyl choline or the renal gland.5. Comparing with normal group the expression of ICC and SMC obviously reduces in model group mouse,there is distinctive difference , (P<0. 01,P <0. 05); The expression of ICC and SMC can be increased by WG, Cisapride and Banxiaxiexintang, there is not distinct difference between WG and Cisapride(P> 0. 05), but WG superior to Banxiaxiexintang(P <0. 05).6. The expression of CGRP has not remarkable difference between model group and normal group( P>0.05),but the expression of SP obviously strengthens in model group (P <0. 01).WG has not distinct influence to CGRP, but it can decrease the expression of increased SP (P <0. 01); Banxiaxiexintang can reduce the expression ofCGRP in normal situation and reduce the expression of increased SP(P <0. 01); Cisapride can strengthen the CGRP normal expression and reduce the expression of increased SP(P<0. 01).7. The expression of NOS increase and 5- HT decline in model group(P<0.05orP<0.01); WG and Banxiaxiexintang can decline the expression of NOS (P <0. 05), Cisapride has no influence on the expression of NOS(P>0.05);The the expression of 5-...
