The System Evaluation Of Mosapride In Reatment Of Functional Dyspepsia, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease And Diabetic Gastroparesis Syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mosapride citrate in treatment of functional dyspepsia,gastro-esophageal reflux disease and diabetes gastroparesis syndrome systematically.Methods: References from Medline,PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane,CNKI,VIP,and Wang Fang and manual search magazines were cited in the literatures before October 2013,included treatment of functional dyspepsia,gastroesophageal reflux disease by mosapride and randomized controlled trials of diabetic gastroparesis.The method of quality assessment and data extraction were performed independently by two reviewers according to the simple method recommended by Cochrane collaboration,and RevMan software was used for Meta analysis after cross checking.Results:(1)Effect of Mosapride citrate in treatment of functional dyspepsia.(1)Compared with placebo group,the efficiency rate of mosapride in the treatment of dyspepsia was 68.70% vs 42.59% in placebo group through random effects model.The difference between the two groups has significant meaning(P=0.02).(2)It was observed that total efficiency rates of Mosapride in treatment of dyspepsia was superior to domperidone group(88.00% vs 70.67%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(3)Compared with omeprazole group treatment of dyspepsia,the total efficiency rate was 68.35% in mosapride group vs 87.89% in omeprazole group through fixed effect model.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)The total efficiency rate was 90.91% in mosapride vs 94.38% in itopride group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.4).(2)Mosapride citrate in treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease.(1)Compared with placebo treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease,the total efficiency rate was 68.70% in mosapride group vs 42.59% in placebo group.There was no significant difference between the two group(P=0.06).(2)Compared with domperidone group,the efficiency rate of mosapride in the treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease was 86.43% vs 62.56% in placebo group(P<0.01)through random effects model.The difference between the two group has significant meaning.(3)Compared with omeprazole group,the efficiency rate of mosapride in the treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease was 59.62% vs 78.55% in placebo group.The difference between the two group has significant meaning(P<0.01).(4)It was observed that total efficiency rates of [mosapride and rabeprazole] was superior to domperidone group(92.36% vs 74.26%).There was significant difference between the two group(P<0.01).(5)Compared with [omeprazole and domperidone] group,the efficiency rate of [mosapride and omeprazole] in the treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease was 96.23% vs 87.55% in placebo group.The difference between the two group has significant meaning(P<0.01).(3)Mosapride citrate in treatment of diabetes gastroparesis syndrome.(1)Compared with placebo group,the efficiency rate of mosapride in the treatment of diabetes gastroparesis syndrome was 85.79% vs 31.67% in placebo group.The difference between the two group has significant meaning(P<0.01).(2)It was observed that total efficiency rates of mosapride was superior to domperidone group(81.02% vs 59.74%).There was significant difference between the two group(P<0.01).Conlusion:(1)It is shows that mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients overall symptoms is superior to than placebo,domperidone,lower than omeprazole,and no significant difference with itopride.(2)Mosapride citrate is observed that its total efficiency rate is superior to domperidone,lower than omeprazole group,but not proved prominent with the placebo group.Omeprazole combined with mosapride and curative effect of omeprazole and Mosapride combined with omeprazole has better effect than domperidone combined with omeprazole in combination.(3)Mosapride citrate is observed that its total efficiency rate is superior to placebo group,domperidone group in the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia curative effect index in evaluation.Mosapride is a safe and effective therapy for the treatment of functional dyspepsia,gastroesophageal reflux disease,drugs for diabetic gastroparesis.The results of the study on mosapride citrate has important guiding significance in clinical application.
