Helicobacter Pylori Correlation In Children With Chronic Gastritis Syndrome Differentiation Typing Of Clinical Research

Objective 1.Observe the symptem-sign of HP-associated child chronic gastritis.2.Study the TCM syndrome-types of HP-associated child chronic gastritis.3.Find the relation between the pathological feature under gastroscope and different TCM syndrome-types.Method 1.Children with alementary symptoms were examed by gastroscope .2.Someone who were diagnosed chronic gastritis were given celerity carbamide enzyme test and the HP-IgG test of blood secrum .Put children whose tests were both positive as studying objects,then collect their symptem-signs including the history ,symptoms(main symptoms or minor symptoms),signs,the change of their tongue and pulse ,sex,age and so on.according to the syndrome-types is main symptoms and minor symptoms and the change of their tongue and pulse and signs and pathological feature. Summer all these information to learn the TCM syndrome-types of HP-associated child chronic gastritis.Result l.Age:0-3years old,0;3-5 years old ,23;5-7 years old 46;7-9years old 75; 9-12 years oldl05;12-17 years old29. The oldest 17 years old,the smallest is 4.5 years old,the average age is 9 months old 2.Sex:boys 174, girlsHl; 3.History :0-6months,95;6-12months,84;l-2years 81,more than 2years,55.the average 9 months.4. Gastroscope result .there were 248 children with confgesticve gastritis;46 children with erosive gastritis; 17 children with bile reflux gastritis; 1 child with hemorrhage gastristis;3 children with hyperplasia gastristis.5. The TCM syndrome-type;54 children were dificence of both spleen and stomach type;216 children were damp-heat of both spleen and stomach type;21 children were unharmony between liver and stomach types;24 children were Yin dificence of stomach type .Conclusions: HP-associated child chronic gastritis is one of the main digestive system diseases. It increated with the growing age . there is not significant difference between male and female. Abdominalgid,vomiting ,astriction,emacialion were the main symptoms. The disease last a long time and is easy to repeat. According to itssymptem-signs and pathological feature under gastroscope,the disease was invided into four types.sthenia syndrome was much more than deficiency sydrome. The damp-heat of both spleen and stomach was the main type among them . Observe with gastrscope , confgesticve gastritis and erosive gastritis were the most types which indicated that there was close relation between inflammation and damp-heat. Gastroscope diagnose could be looked as the extending of inspection of TCM. So ,except symptem-signs, the pathological-feature of stomach mucous membrane under gastroscope should be looked as one of the consulting factor in TCM sumptom-complex.
