Dental Hospital Of Dalian Municipal Development Strategy

To survive and develop, facing the more complicated and changefully economy, society, politics, technology, law and ethic environment, hospital must fully realize its own advantage and bad situation, the opportunity and challenge that face, must to be managed with strategically concept. Dental medical and service market, which has been open for a long time, is especially competitive. The existing idea can't already adapt to the change of the market at present How to design suitable development strategy, leading the hospital to make competition advantage and obtain greater, and more long-term development, is the problem that Dalian Dental Hospital needs solving urgently.There are three parts in this paper. Part one, the background. Thoroughly analyze the hospitals advantage and disadvantage, the opportunity and challenge that face, put forward the purpose , and meaning of this research and the emphases and structure of this text; Part two, Using modern development strategy theory, design the development strategy which is suitable for the hospital, including cost leadership strategy, concentrating difference strategy, etc. and also design the tactics of implementing the development strategy, including organize structure design , human resources tactics , marketing tactics , financial tactics and corporate culture rebuilding; Part three, the conclusion. Give suggestion to help Dalian Dental Hospital establish the long-term competition advantage, ensuring its further development.This paper is the combination of the theories and practice. The development strategy has realistic sense for the Dalian dental hospital facing marketing competitive. And this study can be a guiding for the hospital management. The strategy analysis method and concept and thinking way of strategy management in this paper is instructional and helpful to other hospitals.
