Cervical Human Papillomatous Virus Infection has a trend of going up these years. And more and more young women get this disease. It's closely related to Cervical Carcinoma. That make many scholars from domestic and foreign pay more attention to it. There is not a kind of efficient medicine has been found yet, especially for the covert infection. Nowadays, the usual treatment for the disease is iatrophysics including Freezing, C02 laser and operation, and some medicine treatment like interferon(INF). Iatrophysics may let the patients get some traumas, which is hardly recepted by some young woman who still want to be pregnant. Although INF has little toxic reaction on body, it would make people get fever, muscle ache, headache, hypotension, and so on, if INF is used for a long time. Also half of these patients wound get bone marrow depression. Further more, it has probability to evoke the depression, bleeding, and autoimmune disease, etc. So it is of great importance to develop external application with good effect , low price, and little ill effect or toxic action. Thanks for the help from Prof. JiZhe, the author studied the therapeutical mechanism and the ill effect of the QingDu Suppository after reviewed on the documents of latest decade. The total effective rate of sub-clinical type was 86. 11% after use QingDu Suppository. And many experiments were done for the purpose of finding out the therapeutical mechanism and the ill effect of the QingDu Suppository, including the experiment of acute toxicity and stimulation on rabbits' skin and mucosa, the experiment of QingDu Suppository stimulate the mice's spleen cell to produce INF, and the experiment of long term toxicity on cavies. The experiments show that QingDu Suppository can effectively stimulate the mice's spleen cell to produce INF and has little ill effect or toxicity on animals. That made a steady base for the use of QingDu Suppository on clinic.
