In Jiaodong Area For 30 Years Statistical Analysis Of Malignant Tumor Pathology

Objective: According to the statistic analysis of the registered malignant tumor pathological data from Yantai Yuhuangding hospital, to find out the epidemiology and the pathogenesis character in the region of Shandong peninsula during the past different ages, and expect to provide the reference value for the malignant tumor prevention and cure in this region.Method: To statistic the registered pathological diagnosis malignant tumor data of the past 30 years since 1971 to 2000 in this hospital; to choose digestive system, respiration system, et al. ten systems as the main objects for statistic, and to statistic all of the original malignant tumor in the main part of each system. The work was devided into three periods: 1970s, 1980s, 1990s. To analyze the detection rate during each period, the structure proportion of different sort of the malignant tumor in the whole, the proportion of the different pathological type, the onset age, and the male female proportion etc. To compare to the statistic data from domestic and abroad and to analyze finally.Conclusion: During the three periods: the malignant tumor of digestive system leads to the first; the malignant tumor of respiration system obviously increases; the malignant tumor in childhood is lower; the gastric cancer, intestinum crassum cancer, galactophore cancer, uterus neck cancer, and the pulmonary cancer are the main malignant tumor which jeopardize the health of the people in Jiaodong region. The onset compositor of the intestinum crassum cancer, uterus cancer and urinary bladder is ahead compared to the nation statistical data. The pulmonary cancer detection rate increases obviously, the uterus neck cancer detection rate drops clearly, the uterus body cancer increases relatively. These results are nearly coincide with the statistic data from domestic and abroad. The age of onset of the thyroid papillary carcinoma is obviously higher than others and is opposite to the reported average age of the follicle shape cancer which was even lower 2.9 years. The detection rate of the early gastric cancer , early galactophore cancer, and in situ cervix SqCa are lower . Suggest to study if the gene is abnormal by investigating the sept from the view of molecular biology.
