The subject presented in this disquisition is regarding the study on the protective effects and mechanism of Chinese drugs and compound recipes on liver injuries induced by CCL4 and AAP.According to the screening standards of ALT, the effective part of fruit of Amorpha fruticosa L. has been done and we also have done further research on the chemical constituents of it.Through all kinds of chromatographic methods such as silica gel, preparative TLC, HPLC and sephadex LH-20 etc, I separated 8 individual compounds. Among them, 7 compounds, including 6 flavonoids, 1 inositol, have been authenticated by chemical and spectral methods. The compound named as 6a,12a-dehydroamorphin(1), Kaempferol-3-gluco-7-rhamnoside(2), D-3-methoxy— chiro-inositol(3), 7,2',4',5'-tetromethoxy-isoflavone(4), dehydrosermundone(5), tephrosin(6), 7,4'-dimethoxyisoflavone(7).Compound 1 is a new compound, Compound 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The results showed that the elevations of serum ALT were dose dependently decreased and the decreases of liver glycogen were dependently increased by the effective part treatment in AAP intoxicated mice. In conclusion, though observing the effect of reducing the elevation of ALT and pathological section, it showed that the effective part is right. The volatile oil of fruit of Amorpha fruticosa L. from different places in Liaoning province as analyzed by capillary GC identically, an GC and UV fingerprint was suggested for the first time.
