Bupleurum Hemostatic Set Iud Rat Cycle Time Relative To Uterine Tissue Endothelin-1, Nitric Oxide Content

Purpose : To investigate the mechanisms of regulating liver to stop bleeding tocure the abnormal bleeding of the uterus in which IUD is placed in order to provide modern scientific experimental foundation for the further investigation of the basic theory of TCM such as liver storing blood.Methods : Placing the self-mastery Cu-IUD in the uterus of the rat with doubleovaries being extirpated, then administering estradiol and progesterone by muscle injection periodically to form the artificial estrous cycle with IUD in its uterus rat model. The rats for experiment are divided into 9 groups: blank group, artificial estrous cycle group, false operation group, artificial estrous cycle with IUD group (model group), Ibuprofen group, xiao yao pill group, gui pi pill group, ChaiHuZhiXueYe great dose group, ChaiHuZhiXueYe small dose group.To observe the effect of ChaiHuZhiXueYe based on the TCM method of regulating liver to stop bleeding and made by modern preparation technics of Chinese traditional medicine on the content of ET-1 and NO of the rat uterus tissue with IUD in the different phase of its oestrus period. We observe the targets such as concentration of ET-1 and NO in uterus tissue, concentration of estradiol and progesterone in serum and keratinocyte ratio of vagina epithelia of rat.Result : To compare with blank group, concentration of ET-1 in rat uterus tissueof model group 1st day hoist,3rd and 4th day reduce(P<0.05); to compare with model group, ChaiHuZhiXueYe great dose group 1st day reduce,3rd and 4th day hoist, small dose group 1st day reduce,3rd day hoist (P<0.05). To compare with blank group, concentration of NO in rat uterus tissue of model group every day hoist (P<0.05);to compare with model group, ChaiHuZhiXueYe great dose group every day reduce, small dose group reduce at 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th day (P<0.05).Conclsion : ChaiHuZhiXueYe can cure the abnormal bleeding of the uterusin which IUD is placed through regulating the abnormal concentration of ET-1 of the endometrium in double directions and reducing its abnormal high concentration of NO.
