Purpose:to research the action mechanism of the method of modulating liver curing the metrorrhagia after the inserting of the intrauterine device,to provide experimental foundation for the basic theory of TCM such as liver storing blood,to provide the methods to cure the metrorrhagia.Methods:to observe the effect of CaiHuZhiXueYe which are based on thethe method of modulating liver curing the metrorrhagia and made by modern preparation technics of Chinese traditional medicine on the the animal model-rats in which uterine we placed Cu-IUD. The target we observe are MMPs-9,TIMP-1,ET,NO,t-PA,PAI in the uterine tissue and t-PA,PAI in the blood serum.Result:to compare the model group to the blank group and the falseoperation group,In the uterine tissue:the activity of MMPs-9 increase and the activity of TIMP-1 decrease,the activity of ET increase and the activity of NO decrease,t-PA PAI and the ratio of t-PA to PAI increase. In the blood serum,t-PA and the ratio of t-PA to PAI increase too (/<0.05 or /<0. 01) . After taken CaiHuZhiXueYe,compare the CaiHuZhiXueYe's great and middle and small dose group to the model group,In the uterine tissue:the activity of MMPs-9 decrease and the activity of TIMP-1 increase,the activity of ET decrease and the activity of NO increase,t-PA and the ratio of t-PA to PAI decrease. In the blood serum,t-PA decrease too (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .Conclusion:CaiHuZhiXueYe can amend the activety of MMPs-9,TIMP-l,ET and NO in the tissue of the uterine and adjust t-PA and PAI and the ratio of t-PA to PAI.It provides experimental foundation to research the action mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine curing the metrorrhagia of ill effect after the inserting of the Cu-IUD device and the basic theory of TCM ofliver storing blood...
