| Backgroud:Proteinuria is a familiar clinic symptom of the kidney ailment. Not only reflect the kidney globule damnification but also the primary damnification mechanism of the epithelia. Proteinuria is the significant factor causing the chronic kidney pathological changes. Many researches show: Chinese traditional medicines have the favorable functions of eliminating Proteinuria and protecting kidney.Objective:To investigate the effects of "Reinforcing Spleen and Kidney" on adriamycin-induced nephrotic syndrome in rats and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods:The Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the Adriamycin nephropathy model group and control groups.The Adriamycin nephropathy model rats were established by single injection of Adriamycin(dosage 6.5mg/kg) on the control group.
