Qingyuan Particles Pharmaceutical Research

Qingyuan Granule is a compound preparation with Radix Astragali,Herba Leonuri and other herbs as ingredients. It possesses the functions of supplementing Qi to remove blood stasis and contracting uterus to arrest bleeding, by which has a definitive effect on the blood stasis pattern of colporrhagia after drug-induced abortion, especially for those who have discharged villi after drug-induced abortion or those who have constant bleeding due to uncompleted drug-induced abortion. Under the guidance of the TCM theory, on the basis of abundant literature materials, modern researches on pharmacology and requirement of clinical drug application, in combination with the property of each ingredient in this prescription, we adopt pharmacological experimentations, single factor experimentations and the orthogonal design associatively to select the optimal preparation technique, establish the quality standard and get the tests of preliminary stability done. The result of the study shows that the preparation technique is scientific, reasonable and practical. Moreover, the quality standard is easy to control and the property of the sample is stable.
