Objective: Researching the functions on recuperating depleted Yang and rescuing the heart deficiency from collapse of the compatibility of FuZi and GanJiang. The experiment reveals the mechanisms of the effect.Methods: Establishing the heart deficiency of yang decline animal model in SD mice with Propafenone Hydrochloride injection. Observing the effect of the compatibility of FuZi and GanJiang on hemodynamics in heart deficiency mice with the BL-420E biological function experimental systems and studying the plasma level of Adrenaline (E), Ang Ⅱ, Aldosterone (ALD), Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide (ANP) and Endothelin (ET) by Radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results: The groups which are given the compatibility of FuZi and GanJiang quickly and evidently can increase left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), peak positive first derivative of left ventricular (+LVdp/dt_max) and peak negative first derivative of left ventricular (-LVdp/dt_max), and decrease heart rate (HR) slowly. The compatibility of FuZi and GanJiang can regulate and control the plasma level of the nerve - juice factors too, such as the level of Adrenaline, Ang Ⅱ, Aldosterone, Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide and Endothelin.Conclusions: The compatibility of FuZi and GanJiang can strengthen the functions on recuperating depleted Yang and rescuing the heart deficiency from collapse. The mechanism on its functions may strengthen myocardium contractile force and raise the rhythm of the heart, and therefore improve the amount of blood arranged of the heart and adjust and control some nerve-juice factors, achieving the goal of recuperating depleted Yang and going against the heart deficiency from collapse ultimately.
