Psoriasis is a chronic illness that charactered by prostate of malpighian cell hyperplasia and Inflammatory cell infiltration of dermis.The recent research showed the immune function of psoriatie present versatile abnormality. But cell immunity plays a important part in the course of Psoriasis. Belongs to chemotatic factor superfamily,IL-8 can induce heterophil granulocyte to center inflammation,make malpighian cell accrementition, strengthen vasopermeability.some studies showed IL-8 in blood serum and injured skin is a high level. IL-10 generated from Th₂ is a cytokine of antiinflammatory activity that can restrain expression of B7-1(CD80) and B7-2(CD86), accordingly restrain cell immunity reaction. Low level of IL-10 showed IL-10 can not confront the superiority of TH₁. PRL was detected that it is not only a endocrine hormone,but also a cytokine,has extensive accommodation function to systema of body. PRL was indicated that it can encourage accrementition of malpighian cell hyperplasia, also infer PRL plays a important role in Psoriasis. Immunity and endocrinesystem have interaction and accommodationin according to modern medicine. In order to approach the change of Immunity and endocrine function in psoriatic,we studied the IL-8 ,IL-10,E2 and PRL in serum of psoriatics at pretherapy and post-treatment, observed the therapeutic effect of Jiaweihuoxue decoc(?)on and Diyin Pill to psoriasis. Approached the change of the IL-8 ,IL-10, E₂,and PRL in serum of psoriatic at pretherapy and post-treatment.Method:1. Adopting radioimmunology approach(RIA) to determine the content of IL-8,IL-10,PRL and E2 of 48 psoriatics and 50 healthy medical examinationers2. Differently detect the content of IL-8, IL-10, PRL, E₂ at pretherapy and the 8th week of post-treatment in 98 patients of psoriasis vulgaris treated with JJHXLXT and DY.Results:1.Compared with healthy person,the content of IL-8 and PRL of patients group is higher than that of control group(P<0.01); the content of IL-10 of patients group is lower than that of control group(P<0.01) ; the content of E₂ in femine patients is higher than that of control group (P<0.01);compared with control group ,the content of E₂ in male patients has no significant difference(P>0.05); the content of IL-8and PRL has significant direct correlation (r² = 0. 54, P<0.01);the content of IL-10 and PRL has significant inverse correlation (r² = 0. 54, P<0.01).2. (1) After received JiaJianHuoXueLiangXueTang(JJHXLXT) and DiYin(DY) pill differently,their levels of IL-8, PRL in serum of two psoriatic groups were lower (P<0.01) ; the level of IL—10 was higher than that of pretherapy (P<0.01); the content of E₂ in femine patients is lower than that of control group (P<0.01); the content of E₂ in male patients has no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)the effects showed, 4 patients are recovery (8 % ),24effective(48 % ),21 valid(42%),1 invalid (2%) among 50 patients with JJHXLXT .the total effective rate is 56%. 3 patients are recovery (6.25%),22 effective(45.8%) ,19 valid(39.6%),4...
