This paper consists of three chapters.In chapter one, Expounded the importance of identification of the origin of Chinesecrude drug, summarized the definition and attributes of fingerprinting chromatogram,summed up the meaning and effect to study and research the fingerprint chromatogram ofChinese crude drug. Research progress in china and abroad are introduced in detailed. We alsoexpounded the important position of Nitrocellulose in the chemical raw materials and theimportance to determinate content of water and ethanol in it.In chapter two, the fingerprint chromatogram of pilose antler was established by HPLCand the fingerprint chromatogram of ginseng, pilose antler, Cordyceps sinensis wereestablished by ICP-AES. Using HPLC and ICP-AES to combin together to research piloseantler ,so that can be more fully reflect its chemical composition, And reference for otherChinese herbal medicines can be established fingerprint chromatogram.In the last chapter,there was a method which determinated the content of water andethanol in nitrocellulose by gas chromatography established. And it will provide a scientificmethod and learn for the determination of residual solvents in nitrocellulose.
