Dioscorea Zingiberensis And Studies On Chemical Constituents In Fruits Of Catalpa Bungei

In the professional subject is made of two parts. One part is studying on the chemical constituents of Dioscorea Zingiberensis rhizome and the supplement of huangjiangsu capsule new drug. Another part is studying on the major chemical constituents in the fruit of Catalpa bungei, separateing catalpol by column chromatography from seeds of Catalpa bungei.We make use of normal regulations pillar layer chromatogram and High-speed current chromatogram method to carry out a systematic research on the chemical constituents of huangjiang collected in Shaanxi province. Five compounds were achieved using several separation methods. Three of them were elucidated by the means of spectroscopy(UV, IR, MS etc.) assisted by comparing with standard substance and constants. Three constituents were:( I II III) two new steroidal saponins(huangjiangsu A and Zingiberensis newsaponin)and a monomeric compound dioscin。 Huangjiangsu A and was isolated from Dioscorea Zingiberensis for the first time.We amended the method of photometry to measure total saponins in medicine material. In addition we adopted HPLC-ELSD method to make a series investigate on the content of huangjiangsu A which is the mark constituent in Dioscorea Zingiberensis growing in shaanxi province. The quality control method of using huangjiangsu A as mark constituent is more scientific and reasonable than before using disogenin as mark constituent. Consequently it offered credibility foundation to control the quality of Dioscorea Zingiberensis medicine material.We have studied the chemical constituents of Dioscorea Zingiberensis and developed it into huangjiangsu capsule, which is a kind of 5th category new drug for coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia disease. In this we supplement the information of huangjiangsu new drug.For ulteriorly establish the substance foundation for medicine material quality control, clinical medicin and new drug development, and at the same time basically study on exploiture new drug of huangjiangsu capsule which is key laboratory item ofeducation office in Shaanxi province, we investigate the content of Steroidal saponins in Dioscorea Zingiberensis collected in different producing area, different grow year and different height above sea level, and are prepare to establishing the medicine material plant base.In the second part, we separate catalpol from seeds of Catalpa bungei , and develop a method for the determination of catalpol in seeds of Catalpa bungei ,and compare the content of catalpol in different parts of Catalpa bungei.
