Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright is a plant of the family Dioscorea, which is distributed in Shanxi, Hunan, Hubei and Sichun provinces in China. The plant is not only a main resource to medicines for cardiovascular diseases, but also one of the useful sources of diosgenin, a widely used raw material for the production of steroid and contraceptive.This thesis maily study the component of fresh Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright.The optimal conditions should be:scrap the D. zingiberensis C.H.Wright., useing the boiling water as extracting agent, the ratio of raw material to extracting agent is 1:4, extract four times which time are 1h,1.5h,2h,2.5h respectively.The five compounds were isolated using macroporous absorption resin and ODS,then purification with MCI which elute solvent(ethanol) are35%,40%,52%,74%,75% respectively.The five compounds were identified on the basis of analysis of NMR and physico-chemical constants as following:(25R)-26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-furost-5-en-3β,22ξ,26-triol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ)(25R)-26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-furost-5-en-3β,22ξ,26-triol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ)(25R)-26-Ο-β-D-glucopyranosyl-furost-5-en-22α-methoxy-3β,26-diol-3-Ο-β-D-gluc-opyranosyl (1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(III)(25R)-furost-5-en-3β-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside-diosgenin(Ⅳ)(25R)-furost-5-en-3β-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside-diosgenin(Ⅴ)Preparatory study the hyperlipemia activity of the steroidal saponins of D. zingiberensis C.H.Wright and compoundⅠ.
