Determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs is one of the basic principle in TCM theory. Man is homeothermic and produces heat that, in its turn, should be lost to the environment. The skin is the interface between heat production and the environment. When hunman body suffering from disease,thermal balance of whole or local body is destroyed.
