In modern medicine, Medical Image Technology has been widely used in diagnosis and therapy, and has become an absolutely necessarily methord and tool. It is the most rapidly developed filed in Medical Image. Analyse and processing with medical image are the most important parts of Medical Image Technology. It makes doctors to get credibilable patients' state of illnesses, and also is a absolutely necessary condition to continue more treatments. Medical image proecssing mainly include image pre-processing, image character extract, image segmentation, image registration, image fusion, texture analyze and fake multicolor processing etc.This paper mainly concerned in image registration and reducing triangles about Real 3D Head Model, main works are below:1. Medical image registration based on ITK library.ITK (Insight Toolkit) is an object-oriented designed, powerful class library of the visualization of graph and image data and of the segmentation and registration. According to the requirement and characteristic of medical image processing, this paper designed and implemented a medical image processing sub-system, which based on the function of image processing, visualization, graph displaying in the ITK library. This system is powerful, practical and easy to be extended for its object-oriented design. In this article, by using mutual-information maximization algorithm, we realized medical image registration among CT, MRI, fMRI and Atlas.2. Registration between MRI and EEG electrode based on ICP algorithm.In the need of EEG mapping, MRI and EEG electrode must be registrationed. In this paper we used classical ICP (Iterative Closest Point) algorithm to do registration between EEG electrodes and MRI points data. This made two different kinds of data into one same coordinate.3. Reducing realistic 3D head model based on MC algorithm.There is lots of redundant information of triangles gridding through classical MC (Marching Cubes) algorithm.
