Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combinational therapy (Tuina & Acupuncture) and Bobath Method on the motor dysfunction of lower and upper limb in children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy. Then comparison is conducted in terms of the therapeutic effect and the cost, providing the way of thinking and reference for treating Child Spastic Cerebral Palsy.Method: 60 cases of Child Spastic Cerebral Palsy are randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in the treatment groups treated by the combinational therapy of Tuina and Acupuncture, while 30 cases in the control groups treated by Bobath Method. The evaluation is carried out on two groups before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment respectively in terms of the ADL ability , the extremities' motor function as well as the spasticity degree . Meanwhile, average cost of each group is calculated. Results: The results indicate a significant difference (P < 0.05) existing between pre-therapy and post-therapy in terms of integral of the extremities' motor function and the Ashworth integral of lower and upper limbs .While, there is no significant difference existing between the therapy group and the control group (P>0.05) . Regarding the integral of ADL ability, there is no significant difference between two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05) .Conclusions: It is proved that both Tuina & Acupuncture Therapy and Bobath Method can improve the dysfunction of the extremities' motor function and promote the recovery of spasticity of Child spastic cerebral Palsy, while both of them witness no obvious effect on improving the ADL ability .However, average cost of the therapy group for 3 courses of treatment is obvious less than that of the control group .
