| This thesis includes two parts: "the present treatment situation for bronchial asthma of children" and "the clinical research of 80 cases acute attack asthma by Chinese and Western treatment". The front part sums up the present treatment situation for bronchial asthma of Chinese medicine, Western medicine Chinese and Western medicine, generalizes regular pattern of asthma treatment and the progress of clinical research from many angles. On this base, posing carry on Chinese and Western medicine combination to achieve superiority complement and improve the curative effect of bronchial asthma of children, "on the way of Chinese distinguishing asthma treatment". The latter part, according to the principle of randomized comparison from the clinical practice respect, investigates curative effect of 80 cases acute attack bronchial asthma using the therapy project of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. The result points out that the total curative effect of Chinese and Western combination group is 98.75%, has no obvious difference. (P>0.05) The Chinese and Western group has superiority on the evident control rate, alleviating cough, phlegm, dyspnea symptoms and marks on asthma symptom, compares to Western contrast group. (P<0.05 or P<0.01) It illustrates Chinese and Western medicine combination to treat asthma of children has unique superiority itself, worth researching a step further. |
