| Instructors according to the literature and a wealth of clinical experience will be asthma non-acute onset of the pathogenesis of the key summary of "lung and kidney deficiency,Sputum evil" and to establish "Bufei Yishen,phlegm and asthma" treatment,For the basis of dialectical addition and subtraction after the application of clinical asthma in the treatment of non-acute exacerbation.In order to further evaluate the curative effect of Guben Pingxiao Decoction,this study was conducted to investigate the effect of Guben Pingxiao Decoction on the symptoms,pulmonary function and asthma control of patients with bronchial asthma with non-acute exacerbation of lung and kidney deficiency.Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Guben Pingxiao Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary and renal deficiency in non-acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods: According to TCM points,68 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as the treatment group and the control group,34 patients in each group were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There was no significant difference in gender,age,duration of disease,severity of disease before treatment,and no significant difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The patients in the treatment group were given to Guben Pingxiao Decoction(Astra galus 20 g,Codonopsis 15 g,Ganoderma lucidum 10 g,Psoralen 15 g,Cistanche 10 g,Schisandra 6g,Magnet 18 g,Suzi 15 g,honey Aster 12 g,paragraph winter flowers 12 g,France Pinelli a 12 g,orange 6g)Combined with salmeterol fluticasone(sul inda Glaxo Smith Kline 50ug/250 ug,daily 1 breath,2 times a day)treatment,the control group was given only salmeterol fluticasone(sulindie Glaxo Smith Kline 50ug/250 ug,Daily 1 breath,2 times a day)routine treatment.30 days after treatm ent of traditional Chinese medicine Guben Pingchuan soup,the two groups of patients continue to be salmeterate podocar pine conventional inhalation.The total score of TCM syndrome,the individual symptom score,the asthma control score and the change of lung function were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Data were recorded using SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The total effective rate was 91.17% in the treatment group and 85.29% in the control group after 30 days of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)the overall symptom score and individual symptom score comparison:two groups after treatment group and the group be tween the overall symptom score improved,the statistical treatment P<0.05,with significant differences in the treat ment group was significantly better than the control group.The two groups had significant differences in wheezing,cough,sputum,fatigue,aphrodisiac cold,and other major symptoms.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Two groups can improve the symptoms of chest and pharyngey full boring,but no significant difference,P>0.05.The control group had no obvious effect on spontane ous perspiration and noodles.(3)Comparison of pulmonary function:FEV1% and PEF were significantly improved in both groups after treatment,P<0.05 was statistically treated,and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group.(4)asthma control level: the two groups can improve the as thma control ACT score improved by statistical treatment P<0.05,with significant differences.The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: Guben Pingxiao Decoction combined with salmeterol fluticasone has a good synergistic effect,and is more ef fective in controlling asthma than asthma alone,improving symptoms and improving lung function.Therefore,Guben Pingchu an Decoction combined with salmeterol fluticasone compared the use of western medicine in the treatment of asthma in non-acute treatment has certain advantages. |
