Mortierella Mycophenolate Lipid Extract Lipids Kidney Damage Of Rat Model Of Renal Protective Effect And Its Mechanism

PART1 THE STUDY OF MORTIERELLA ISABELLINA LIPID-SOLUBLE EXTRACTS ON RENAL PROTECTION IN LIPID-INDUCED RENAL INJURY IN RATSObjective To observe the effects of the lipid-soluble extracts of mortierella isabellina on renal protection in lipid-induced renal injury in rats, as well as further explore the pathogenetic mechanisms and a new treatment for lipid-induced renal injury.Methods Thirty two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group,model group,lipid-soluble extracts of mortierella isabellina intervention group and simvastatin treatment group.The normal group was fed a standard diet ,while the other groups were fed a high-fat diet.The lipid-soluble extracts intervention group and the simvastatin treatment group were orally administered different drugs respectively.The normal control group and the model group were orally administered the same dosage of saline. Twenty-four hour urinary protein excretion were detected before experiment and every four week during the process.After 12 weeks,the levels of ALB, TP, BUN, Scr in serum ,TG ,TC and LDL in both serum and renal tissue were measured.
