Intention:The aim of this observation is to contrast the therapeutic effect on ischemic cerebrovascular disease which is treated by scalp acupuncture therapy and scalp acupuncture combined with acusector. therapy The outcome of two groups is analyzed by statistics to see whether there is remarkable difference between two groups or not.We expect that scalp acupuncture combined with acusector therapy will supersede the scalp acupuncture therapy without reducing the clinical effect. It will improve clinical efficiency and decrease doctor's workload to serve the patients with heart and soul.Method:The 60 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases are divided into two groups at random. The therapy group adopt scalp acupuncture combined with acusector.The control group adopt scalp acupuncture combined with traditional technique. The period of treatment is 30 days. After the treatment, the puropose is to observe the change of blood stream index, blood lipide index and the grading of nervous function's absence, Fugl-Meyer grading, Barthel index grading.Result: Scalp acupuncture therapy and scalp acupuncture combined with acusector. therapy all can lower the level of blood stream index and blood lipide index,they all can improve the grading of nervous function's absence, Fugl-Meyer grading, Barthel index grading.there is no obvious difference between two groups in blood stream index and blood lipide index,But there is remarkable difference between two groups in the grading of nervous function's absence, Fugl-Meyer grading, Barthel index grading,which has the statistical marked significance.It is indicated that scalp acupuncture combined with acusector. therapy will better than scalp acupuncture combined with traditional technique.In summary, scalp acupuncture combined with traditional technique and scalp acupuncture combined with acusector all can get the satisfactory result.But the symptom of hemiplegy and the daily active ability will improve better by scalp acupuncture combined with acusector. therapy than scalp acupuncture combined with traditional technique therapy. Therefore, the scalp acupuncture combined with acusector therapy can supersede the scalp acupuncture therapy without reducing the clinical effect. It will improve clinical efficiency and decrease doctor's workload to serve the patients with heart and soul.It's a efficacious, deserved- generalized measure in clinic.
