Clinical Efficacy Of Treatment Of Gastric Precancerous Lesions Yiqihuoxue Observation And Molecular Mechanism

Objective this research aim at the treatment effects and mechanism of the method of action of YiQiHuoXue to gastric cancer and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC).Method In clinical research,therty patients of PLGC were treatedwith YiQiHuoXue Decoction ,and the clinical , pathological and immunohistochemistry(COX-2) effects were compared with those of the thirty patients treated with WeiFuChun Tablet ,and H.pylori-eradicating rate was also observed. In Correlation analysis one hundred and sixty two patients of superficial gastritis, PLGC and gastric cancer patients were observed,the correlation of the score of syndrome of blood stasis and expression of COX-1,COX-2,VEGF, CD34 which were determined by the method of two steps of EnVision of immunohistochemistry were analyzed by correlation analysis of spearman with SPSS 11.0.In experiment,we study the effect of Huangqi.Ezhu.Danshen to expression of COX-1,COX-2 and VEGF in the cell of SGC7901.the expression of gene and protein of COX-1,COX-2 were determined by RT-PCR and Western blot. and VEGF by ELISA of immunohistochemistry Result Clinical research showed that in YiQiHuoXue Decoctiongroup the effective rate of complaint was 86.67%; While in WeiFuChun Tablet group was 76.67%; in YiQiHuoXue Decoction group the pathology effective rate was 76.67%; While in WeiFuChun Tablet group...
