Objective The aim of the research is observing clinic curative of action about YiQiHuoXue treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. Analyze effect mechanism through regulation molecule target cyclooxygenase-2.Method In clinical research, forty patients of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were treated with YiQiHuoXue prescription and therapeutic effect were compared with the forty patients treated with WeiFuChun, simul comparison patho-effect and regulation on COX-2. In empirical study, observation the effects of YiQiHuoXue prescription on COX-2 expression in PLGC rats, approaching the mechanism of action of YiQiHuoXue regulation COX-2 through detection PGE2 and VEGF,using ELISA, RT-PCR, Western blot.Result Clinical research showed that in YiQiHuoXue prescription group the total effective rate was 82.5 %, patho-effective rate was 77.5%; While the total effective rate was 72.5%, patho-effective rate was 67.5% in WeiFuChun Tablet group, there has statistical significancet about total effective rate, but no difference about patho-effective rate in two groups. Compared with COX-2 has statistical significance in two groups therapia circa, no difference in group comparison. Compared to exemplar group, each dose of YiQiHuoXue prescription group can restrain PGE2, VEGF and COX-2 expression of PLGC rats' organize significantly, furthermore middle, low-dose group outstrip celecoxib and WeiFuChun Tablet group significantly in suppressing COX-2 expression.Discussion Investigation hint YiQiHuoXue healing PLGC has fine therapeutic effect, amelioration patho-state notably, and suppressing COX-2 expression significantly. The mechanism of healing PLGC and chemical prophylaxis gastric cancer mechanism is possible suppressing COX-2 catalytic activity, then reduction production of PGE2, VEGF.
