Qi Stagnation Pain Capsule Treatment. Month Clinical Study, Hanning Blood Stasis Of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect and safety and inquire the mechanism of the traditional Chinese herb medicine " Yuetongan capsule " on primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and algidity stagnation and blood stasis),to explore the possible mechanism and provide scientific basis for the clinical application of it. Methods: 1. Selected of the targetForty-eight cases of primary dysmenorrheal (qi stagnation and algidity stagnation and blood stasis) were chosen. Double-blind and randomized trial was performed in it. They were divided into the treatment group(n=25) and the control group(n=23). The distribution of age , course of disease , the patient' s state was comparable. And the integral of dysmenorrhea, main symptoms of the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). 2.The grade standardWe graded according to the symptom of dysmenorrhea and it' s state. 3.Treatment methodsThe patients in the treatment group were given Yuetongan capsule, while in the control group were given Tianqi dysmenorrhea capsule ,five granules each time and three times a day. Both started at five days before menstruation, and lasted seven days. The period of treatment containted three menstrual cycles. 4.Observation indexexWe observed the degree and duration of pain,the quantity colorand texture of menses and other symptom' s improvement after the treatment.The blood routine urinary routine,hepatic function and renal function of the treatment group were examed before and after the treatment. 5.Curative effect determinantWe evaluated the curative effect according to the determinant criterion. 6.Statistical disposalThe measuement data had been analysed by t test,and the enumeration data been analysed by chi-square test.While the ranked data had been tested by Ridit analysis. Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 84.0%,While the total effective of the control group is 78.3%,There is no significant difference between these two groups on the clinical effect(P>0.05),It states of the control group.2.Both can significantly depress the integral of dysmenorrheal after the treatment(P<0.01) .It states Yuetongan capsule and Tianqi dysmenorrhea capsule can evidently impove the symptoms.3.On the analgesic effect,the effective rate of Yuetongan capsule is 92.0%,While the control group is 73.9%.There is statistical difference between these two groups(P<0.05),It shows that the analgesic effect of Yuetongan capsule is better...
