Method: Aging mice model was induced by consecutively subcutaneous injection of 5% D-galactase (0.25ml/10g) for 8 weeks. Parameters including weight of total body and immune organ, SOD activity and the conent of MDA in liver and serum , blood GSH-PX activity were selected as senescent indicators. Results: BMMSC infusion could alleviate all the selected senescent indicators, as compared to control group. Conclusion: Our results show that the application of BMMSCs can ameliorate aging related indexes of D-galactase induced aging model implying the anti-aging potential of BMMNC . | | Keywords/Search Tags: | bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell, aging, D-galactose, SOD, MDA, GSH-PX, SA-β-gal, p16 Ink4a, p53, p21 Cip1/Waf1 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
