Background and Objective:Hepatocellular carcinoma is a kind of common cancer in China. At ptecent, there is not a good method for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. We need seach for a new method to cure advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. To interfere some oncogenes or factors which can make cancer progress in gene or proteinum, has becoman the new direction of treating cancer. RNAi has characteristic of idio, high performance and mini-toxicity, comparing with replacing gene and antisense oligodeoxynucleotide ,and is used in study of gene- treating. In this study,we use eukaryotic expression vector carrying VEGF shRNA to transfect human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721,and the expression of VEGF of SMMC-7721 before and after transfection was detected by ELISA. The biological characteristics of SMMC-7721 before and after the transfection were observed, and the tumor-bearing nude mice were treated by VEGF shRNA. Methods:After human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 transfected with 150 mM NaCl , eukaryotic expression vector carrying no silience shRNA and eukaryotic...
