Traditional Chinese Medicine "yi Tang Capsule Pharmacodynamics

Objective:To detect the action of the traditional Chinese medicines "Yi TangKang" to the diabetic DNA damage and the fluctuation in Glucose and Totallipids.Method:In the animal experiment,76Wistar rats were used to inducediabetes :treatment with traditional Chinese medicines and the controlgroups. 10Wistar rats were in normal group .DNA damage was detected bysingle cell gel electrophoresis comet assay in lymphocytes.Glucose and theTotal lipids was detected in the Liao Ning college traditional Chinese medicinesexperiment.Result :The study showed that the normal rats ,heal thies has no cometlength ,the comparision of the comet length between the group of "Yi TangKang" and thr control group has significance.(p<0.01) and tthe comparision ofGlucose and Total lipids between the group of "Yi Tang Kang"and thr controlgroup has significance.(p<0.05)Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicines "Yi Tang Kang" candowngrade the diabetic Glucose,diabitic Total lipids and prevent from or repairthe diabetic DNA damage.
