The WHO world strategy point out"everyone possesses procreation health in 2015".Current,the male procreation health become a hot problem with which the society confronted.The little chemical element zinc has the very important function with the growth of the sexual function to the male sexual organ.If the zinc lack to then will cause the testicle growth bad, the sperm is little, the quantity is bad, from but cause to do not teach.This research used the model of zinc deficiency(ZD)in rats,which were fed by zinc deficiency feedstuff, studing the effects of electro-acupuncture(EA) to zinc absorption and usage, and its influence on Alkaline Phosphatase(AKP) in blood serum,Thyroid hormone(T) in blood serum,Lactate Dehydrogenase in testicle(LDH).Bilateral"Zusanli"(ST 36)were punctured after the establishment of the zinc deficiency(ZD) model in rats:Wistar rats(n=140) were randomly divided into two groups;normal group(n=34)and model group(n=106). Normal group was fed with normal zinc diet whereas model group was fed with zinc deficient diet. after 25 days, model group was randomly divided into four groups.After that,normal(N) group, zinc efficient(ZE)group and zinc efficient+electro-acupuncture(ZE+EA) group were fed by normal zinc diet, zinc Deficiency(ZD) group and zinc Deficiency+electro–acupu ncture group(ZD+EA) were fed with zinc deficient diet for 10 days. The two electro-acupuncture(EA) groups got acupuncture treatment tertianly at the same time.The findings were as follows:1,Weight and testicle weight:After electro-acupuncture 5 days and 10 days, the normal group weigh mostly, ZD and ZD+EA groups weigh lestly.there are remarkable difference among 5 groups. (P<0.01) Weight increase rate in normal group is remarkable higher than others (P<0.01). ZD and ZD+EA groups's weight increase rate are lower than ZE and ZE+EA groups'(P<0.01).
