The paper prepared two prescriptions of NZT powder injection, one used poloxamer 188 as the solubilizing agent, the other used the 2-hydroxypropyl — β —cyclodextrin(HPCD) as the solubilizing agent. Phase-solubility method was adopted to study the solubilization effect at 25℃, and UV spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of NZT. The apparent solubility of NZT was enhanced by increasing HPCD concentration. The apparent stability constants were calculated respectively. The stability of NZT in HPCD aqueous solution of different concentrations was studied. By Arrhenius equation, the active energy was calculated.The paper has estimated the best pH value of NZT powder injection by content assaying and related substances inspecting. The formulation of NZT powder injection was established based on cristerions of its appearance , color and dispersing propertiest.NZT was freeze-dried with 4%mannitose as supporting agents. The stability of NZT was examined using the quality criterions such as particle size, content, related substances, pH etc, and the results showed that NZT powder injection using HPCD as the solubilizing agent was more stable than that using poloxamer 188 as the solubilizing agent.A determination method of NZT content in NZT-HPCD powder injection was set up by HPCL method and the HPCL method was evaluated.
