Tcm Syndrome Of Chronic Prostatitis And Local Immune Factors Research

This article is divided into two parts: Review and Clinical research. The review is about Modern research progress of the chronic prostatitis ; The clinical part is about the correlation studies between Chinese medicine syndrome characteristics of CP and local immune factors.Review includes some contents, such as"the classification of the prostatitis syndrome","the Clinical epidemiology investigation","the western medicine etiology research","the Chinese medicine etiology research","the diagnosis progress","the diagnosis guidance","the treatment progress","study tendency", and so on. It is from the newest domestic and foreign articles about the chronic prostatitis.The clinical research chose patients conformed to the diagnosis standard, who are belong to the syndrome characteristics of stagnancy of qi and blood stasis type or downward flow of damp-heat type, compared with normal people. Test the contents of TNF-αand IL-8 in succus prostaticus of each object, to investigate the content specialty of TNF-αand IL-8 between normal persons and patients, and also its correlation with Chinese medicine syndrome characteristics.The result shows that: stagnancy of qi and blood stasis type or downward flow of damp-heat type patients have higher IL -8 contents, P<0.05, but the content between two types have no difference, P>0.05. It shows that stagnancy of qi and blood stasis type or downward flow of damp-heat type patients all have stronger local immune reaction . The TNF-αcontents have no difference among the normal control group, stagnancy of qi and blood stasis type group and downward flow of damp-heat type group, P>0.05, It shows that the TNF-αcontent of CP patients'succus prostaticus have no obvious correlation with CP and the syndrome characteristics.
