The measurement for the bio-signal is a kind of technical, which check and detect the style, phenomena, property, variable and composition of the living things. For the collection of bio-data, the traditional way is to demonstrate them on some special instruments .the data can only be analyzed restrictedly, for the data are unknown to the operator and it is very difficult to be analyzed deeply. Here, we can use a self-made Data Collection Card and a computer to conduct a real-time collection and analyze of the data. This paper consists of three parts: the sensor, the Data Collection Card and the design of the corresponding software. In this paper, we finished the design of the Data Collection Card and the software. The key part of the Data Collection Card is Programmable logic device. Programmable logic device is a new developing chip. Its integration is very more and more high and the circuit can be programmed into a chip, which makes the circuit work faster and more stable. The Data Collection Card not only collects the data but also completes the design of FIR lowpass in it ,which filter the data. There are many problems in the traditional simulate filter, such as the inconvenient of the design, the difficulties of debugging, easy to be affected by atmosphere factors and so on. The use of FIR lowpass solves these problems. The FIR lowpass also allow the design of different filter in the same chip, which can't be achieved by the stimulate filter. This card collects two kinds of data: the body-temperature and the heart rate. So we can see directly through the computer how the waveforms of the data are by the display program. We can also store the date for future use .
