And the normal group will be fed as normal.Model establishing: To establish the rat model by a bone graft from self 7th cervical vertebrae spinous process at the part of C4-5 or C5-6 intervertebral space. And to test the model according to the inclined test ameliorated by Rivlin .Administration: The Chinese medicine's group will be drenched with the"jianshen pill"2.66g/kg/d.Detection index: Indexes of the apoptosised neuron cells detected by TUNEL. Indexes of the Bcl-2mRNA.Conclusion : The Chinese medicine"jianshen pill"could enhance the expression of Bcl-2mRNA, promot the neuron tissue repair, incline the neurocyte apoptosis. And similarly ,improving the subjective symptoms at the same time.
