Nephropathic edema(NE) is a disease of multi-reason resulting in kidney pathologic changes, fluid circulation disorder and internal retention, overflowing of muscle and skin, then swollen eyelids, head and face, four limbs, the front and rear, even all over the body, accompanied by pleural fluid, abdominal dropsy and so on if the case is severe, and with a great quantity of proteinuria, hypoproteinemia and hyperlipidemia tested in ecsomatics. NE is equal to the primary and secondary nephritic syndrome, and the diabetic nephropathy is one of the commonest complications in secondary nephritic syndrome.
