Objective: To investigate the effects of Floium Ginkgo's abstraction on peripheral neurons' repairing. Methods: We select 30 S-D rats and randomly divide them into 3 groups: Compare groups,BDNF therapy groups and Kinaton therapy groups. After we anaesthesia the rats, in order tomake the animal model, we separate the ischium nerve and then bronken it up. Then connectthe nerve's two broken enos. The no-therapy group is used as compare group. And the other twogroups use BDNF and Kinaton relatively. The electrophysiological, morphological and histologicalchanges were observed by means of HE, 2R-ponceau, nissle and osmic acid dyeing and so on after 16weeks postoperatively. And we also use the method of the HRP retrograde tracing to observethe labeled cells with HRP in spinal cord segment. Results: From comparison of the three group, it turned out that therapy can promote thenerve regeneration. From the electrophysiological, morphological and histologicalexperimental result can we drawn the conclusion that BDNF and Kinaton can accelerate thehealing of injuried nerves. They occupy the good effection on periphery nerve's healing. AndKinaton's curative effect is better than BDNF.Conclusion: After experimentation, the periphery nerve was repaired by end-to-endneurorrhaphy. Early postoperative Kinaton therapy should be considered as a very promisingChinese traditional medicine for rehabilitation after end-to-end neurorrhaphy.
