CGN is a common disease and multiple clinical disease, and proteinuria is one of its main features, persistent proteinuria make further parenchymatous damage of kidney. Accordingly, reduceing and'controling proteinuria is the criticality to prevent glomerular sclerosis and enter renal failure. Modern medicine applications immune depressant such as hormone,cytotoxic drug and so on, but the adverse reaction comparatively large ,nevertheless traditional Chinese medincine dialectical treatment scored remarkable achievement at present.Objective:The goal of the clinical experiment is to probe the mechanism and therapeutic effect of treating CGN and search an effectual method of traditional chinese madicine in treating CGN. By using the treatment of invigorating the kidney and clearing away heat and resolving dampness, observe the rule of traditional chinese madicine determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs.Methods:CGN patients, who have been diagnosed, were randomly divided into two groups: Chinese medicine treatment group (30 cases), shenfukang Capsules control group (26 cases). Group treatment of traditional Chinese medicine took one decoction a day, tid; control group took shenfukang capsules tid, 5 tablets each time. The course of threatment was three months. Before and after treatment we assayed the patient' s urinary protein and correlate index, observed the change of clinical symptoms.Results:①Chinese medicine treatment for CGN total efficiency of 76.67％. shenfukang capsules control group, the total efficiency of 42.31％, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.01).②Chinese medicine treatment group improved clinical symptoms efficiency 78.24％, obviously superior shenfukang capsules control group 26.95％(P＜0.01).Conclusion:①Kidney insufficiency damp-heat, blood stasis, deficency-excess in complexity, which is the basic mechanism of CGN.②Invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation, clearing heat and resolveing dampness ,which is effective to treat CGN, which can reduce proteinuria and improving clinical symptoms prominently, its pharmacological mechanism maybe improving renal blood flow dynamics and regulating the immune function...
