But there was few research on con-use. The thesis took acaciae catechu and indigo naturalis together to make up drug pair, and make up new drug on treating dental ulcer.Option of compatibility ratio: it used solid NaOH to make the model of rat dental ulcer. the results showed that that curative effect of drug pair is better than curative effect of single drug. T-test showed significant difference, the best ratio is 1: 1.Process of Preparation: the research sieves best adjuvants and decide using PVA-1750,CMC-Na and Propenyl Alcohol to make up compound film。CMC-Na is the adjuvant of drug layer. It has strong consistency and can be easily dissolve. PVA-1750 is the adjuvant of shielded layer. It has strong tenacity and could be used of tenacity. The drug layer inveses on the shielded layer. So the compound film has lente liberantes effect.Quality specification: indigo blue and indirubin are the active component of indigo naturalis. The research determin content of indigo blue and indirubin at equal pace. linear equation of indigo blue by HPLC is Y=76903X+7248.5, r=0.9997, linear equation of indirubin is Y=695422X-15854, r=0.9995, precision, reproducibility and constancy consistented with request. Recovery rate of indigo blue is 98.9％, of indirubin is 97.4％. Tentatively set on that the content of indigo blue is no less than 0.1 mg/cm~2 and content of indirubin is no less than 0.02 mg/cm~2. TLC could detect Indigo Naturalis.Pharmacodynamics: Theresult of pharmacology research shows that the compound film has a good effect on rat's dental ulcer caused by solid NaOH and golden staphylococci. The difference between CG and MAT is significant. The difference between HD and LD is quiet. So LD can be the curative dose 40mg/cm~2. It also has some effects on relieving pain and anti-inflammatory.Toxicology: In acute toxicity experiment, the dose given to the mice was 1000 times that of human. Mice are no death, Activity,eating and drinking were normal. Chief organs are no pathochange. The preparation is safe.
