Pre-eclampsia is an unknown origion disease which is only in the gestation period of human. It is the main obstetrics complicatcom which leads to the perinatal death threatening the mother and the infant's health and safety. Although the etiopathogemsis reason is not completely identified , the researches in pathophysidogy, have gained advancement in some degree. It indicates that they are important pathophysiologial alleosis in the pre-eclampsia , such as the trophocyte differentiation abnormality lead to the failure in spiral artery's alleosis and the shallow placenta nidation , the injury of vascular endothelial cell , the excessive inflammatory reaction , which are the most important roles in the different genesis and devd stages . How to find an effective auxiliary diagnosis device to judge serious degree of the pre- edampsia , to understand the uterus-placenta blood circulatian, to evaluate it by pathophysidogial angle is a topic which has clinical practical content.Objective : Color doppler ultrasound technology was used to detect uteral spiral artery , we further investigated the relation between the change of uterine spiral artery hemodynamics in pre-eclampsia and the serious degree of pathogenetic condition , then conbine with the detection of blood serum VEGF of expectant mother , we analyzed the possible reason that pre- eclampsia took place from pathophysidogical angel, so we can offer more dependable methods and important A/W for deep investigation .Methods : 56 patients , including 26 ones who caught pre-eclampsia and 30 normal ones, were measured their uterine spiral artery inside-diameter and flow velocity waves before medical and physical treament .After we gained 3-5 limpid doppler spectra ,then stopped fram and calculated automatically the pulsatility index(PI),the resistance index(RI),the S/D ratio(Vs/Vd)by soft ware in the computer ,then recorded and compared them.we deterined the content of blood serum VEGF using ELISA method.Consults:(1)The uterine spiral artery hemodynamics parameters PI.RI.s/p in pre-eclampsia group are higher than those in normal group(p<0.001).The hemodynamics parameters in pond-grade group are higher than those in low-grade group who caught pre-eclampsia. There are conspicuous difference in statistics(p<0.05).(2)The content of blood serum VEGF in pre-eclampsia group are lower than those in normal group(p<0.001)(3)The prognosis mala incidence rates of fetal in perinatal stage are different in pre-eclampsia group and normal group,it is higher in pond-grade group than that in low-grade group(p<0.01).(4)There is spacious inverse correlation between the blood serum VEGF and the uterine spiral artery hemodynamics parameters(p<0.01).Consulations :(1)To detect the uterine spiral artery flow by using color Doppler ultrasound can calculate the serious degree in pre-eclampsia (2)There is spacious inverse correlation between the content of blood serum VEGF and the uterine spiral artery flow in pregnant women . (3)If the blood serum VEGF in pregnant woman decreases ,the uterine spiral artery resistance will be increased ,it will influence the hemoperfusion to placenta,lesd it to be is chemia and hypoxia and to affect the fetal's growth and development and animation ,to result the evolution of pre-eclampsia in the end .
