In recent years, molecular recognition has developed rapidly and turned out to be a front topic in porphyrin chemistry. To be a fovarable host, porphyrin can recognize multifarious ion and bioactive molecule, which could be used in the field of enzyme analogue,phototherapy,molecular probe and so on. Although some fuctions of nature enzyme have been imitated, there is still a long time to applicate artifical enzyme in human body. People always pay more attention to the ability of carry oxygen for simulating hemoglobin, but they have ignored the interaction between carbon dioxide and hemoglobin. In this article, we have designed a "porphyrin-histidine" system in order to study the effect of carbon dioxide with "porphyrin-histidine" compounds.The major contents of this article are shown as follows:1. Synthesis of "porphyrin-histidine" systemSynthesis of "porphyrin-histidine" system; by removing protanctant group, different compound were synthesized that contained both free amino group and free imidazole group or alternative.2. Comparing the molecular recognition of different compoundStudy the influence of amino or imidazole group on molecular recognition; study the inflence of water drain; study the liflence of stereospecific blockade. The results showed that different compound had different recognition action with HCO3-, CO32-, H2PO4-, HPO42-, SO42-, SO32-. The selectivity of ion recognition has to be effected by water drain and stereospecific blockade.3. Comparing the ability of different compounds absorbing CO2On the basis of balence theory of air press, a simple device was designed to detect absoption of carbon dioxide. Study the absorption ability of diferent compound. Study the influence of water drain; Study the influence of stereospecific blockade. The results showed that only free amino group in exitence has the ability of absorbing carbon dioxide and water drain and stereospecffic blockade are disadvantageous.In a whole word, the selective recognition with different ions depends on water drain and stereospecific blockade and so on in the synthetical "porphyrin-His" compounds. And the absorption of carbon dioxide benefits from the free anirno group in their structure.
