| Objective: To study on the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) quality specification, the content determination and its capsules preparation craft research and establish a quality standard for the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) Capsules.Method and result: Firstly, the properties of the crude drug and the microscopic characters of the crude grudge, stem, leaf and root of the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) were observed, and established a quality standard for the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.)based on its. Secondly, optimal conditions for the extracting Luteolin-7-o-glucoside from the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) were studied by orthogonal design. The results showed that the best withdraws the craft is adds 14 times of water, extraction for 3 times repeatedly and 0.5h once. Thirdly, the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) Capsules were identified by TLC; and the effective components in the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense (Thunb.) Capsules were determined by HPLC. The TLC tests results showed that it has the same yellow-green fluorescence spot according to the comparison corresponding position. And the HPLC tests results showed that the HPLC method is good reproducible and can be used to determine Luteolin-7-o-glucoside in the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) Capsules. Additionally, The limited of disintegration time tests, the moisture content determination tests, installs the type quantity different ceinspection tests and the stability trial tests of the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) Capsules were been did according to 2,005 edition Chinese pharmacopoeia. All experimental results were conforms to 2,005 edition Chinese pharmacopoeia's related stipulation.Conclusion: The extraction process of Luteolin-7-o-glucoside from the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) is reasonable, and the quality standard is simple, feasible and repeatable to be used as quality supervisory control in the Herba Ixerlidium Chinense(Thunb.) Capsules. |
