The detecting wavelength was respectively at 230nm,the mobile phase was acetonitrile: water(17:83),the column temperature was respectively 40℃.The result showed that the standard Baicalin had a good linear correlation within the concentration of 0.25～2.5μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 95.80%,RSD=1.79%.The content of Chinese peony glucoside is not lower than 3.93 mg/g.The methed is simple and repeatable,it can be used for quality control of the extract of Gan Tai pellet.The stabilities,sensitives,recoveries accord to the demands of qualitative analyses.These methods can be used as quality content methods.
