The compounds are 3,5,4' -trihydroxylstilbene,3,5,2', 4'-tetrahydroxylstilbene,β-Sitosterol, Diosgenin, Kaempferol,Ouercetin-4'-O-β-D-gluco-side, Kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside, Quercetin,dihydrokaempferol-3-O-α-L-rham, Quercetin-3-O-α-L-rha.Research the Smilax china L in different habitat and different parts bythe Diosgenin and Reseveratrol content. The method and conclusion providedthat environment and parts are closely related.Use the HPLC chromatography to conduct the fingerprint of Smilax chinaL. from different places and parts, together with its close kinships. Thecompounds of 3,5,2', 4'-tetrahydroxylstilbene, Reseveratrol,Kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside were isolated from this plant, whichcan be used as antitumora. We have also found out peaks ofthese compounds in the fingerprint.Study on the anti-tumor function of differently extracted the spots andcompounds by the MTT law. The pharmacology experiment indicated that, theethyl acetate extracts have the obvious anti-tumor function, and get aneffective compound, 3,5, 2', 4'-tetrahydroxylstilbene. It has vitalsignificance to provide the base to discuss the anti- tumor active material.
