The theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Zangxiang is one of the most basic theory of TCM. The lung viscera is an important part of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Zangxiang. All of the literates in past dynasties attach importance to it. The lung viscera is correspond with the sky qi. The lung viscera can transpire wei- qi and contact with the skin and the hair .The body incretion and immunity system is closely correlation with lung viscera."Lung correspondence with autumn"is means that lung visera and the climate changes in autumn have synchro shock and cooperate relations. According to the clinical epidemiology research, the breathing path disease just as asthma, chronic bronchitis and so on have the rule of outbreaking or aggravating in autumn. Life sciences'newly research also indicate that breathing system infection diseases seasonal infection is relate with the foundation of human resist infection diseases ----the seasonal turbulence of immunity function. It may be relate with light/dark cycle ---MT secrete adjust mode. Once this seasonal physiological and pathological transform rule were known and clarified, the great instructional and realism significance will be appeared in preventive and clinical treat.1 ObjectiveThis task plan to band together the TCM"Lung correspondence with autumn"proposition with four season ,modern endocrinology and immunology, making crossover research. Above all, we investigate weather factors , the basic pneumonia instance and rule in Beijing. Investigating the relativity between weather factors(temperature, humidity, air-pressure, wind-power, illumination and so on)in four seasons and the human immunity function changes to indirect realize the characteristic of body immunity function changes in different weather conditions. On the basis of literature researching, we plan to choose health persons and pneumonia sufferers immunity function index to examine to study the rule of"Lung correspondence with autumn"immunity function seasonal changes and affirm MT has adjusting function to lung immunity function and prophase clinical warranty to open out the substance basic of"lung correspondence with autumn"'s physiological mechanism pass by animal experiment.2 Method2.1Retrospective clinic epidemiology investigate and research.2.1.1Original medical history data collecting: investigate 1000 pneumonia medical record nearly 10 years (1993,2—2003,2) from Dong zhimen hospital .All of the medical record are choiced by the main diagnoses standard .2.1.2 Weather factors collecting: offered from national meteorological information center Per-month average temperature, average air pressure, daily precipitation, average wind power, sunlight percentage, average relative humidity statistic. Classified according to solar calendar seasons: spring(Feb.~Apr.),summer (May.~Jul.).autumn (Aug.~Oct.),winter (Nov.~Jan.)2.1.3 Data analysis method: All the data of case load and climate parameter average value in four seasons will be single correlation analysed by SPSS 11.5.2.2Clinical research2.2.1 object and grouping: All of the pneumonia patients were coming from breathing faculty in Dong zhimen hospital and lung &spleen viscera diseases faculty in Chinese &Japanese friendly hospital .Every season 30 cases were examined .All of the health person were coming from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Every season 30 cases were examined2.2.2 Immunity guideline in blood of healthy persons and patients determined.C3,C4,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IgA,IgM,IgE,IgG,IL-2,IL-3,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 MT in blood serum and sputum: ELISA measure adopted2.2.3 Data analysis method: All the data were showed in the form of±s. The difference of group was tested in SPSS11.5.3 Results3.1. Clinic epidemiology investigate results:3.1.1 Pneumonia case load distributing in four seasons in ten years at Beijing: Winter>autumn>spring>summer.3.1.2 Pneumonia case load variety in four seasons in ten years at Beijing were positive relation with average humidity/average temperature. Correlation coefficient is 0.951,p<0.05.3.2. Clinical examination results:3.2.1 Body immune function has the trend of fallen in autumn and winter,hoist in summer from the seasonal fluctuating trend of immune data:include C3,C4,IgA,IgG,IgM,IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γ,TNF-α,T-cell subsets ;From the seasonal fluctuating trend of pneumonia patients's immune data in autumn body immune reaction is stronger than other seasons,including IgG,IgM,IgM,IL-2,IL-3,IL-6,IL-10;From pneumonia bring on body immune reaction notably strengthen, C3,IgA,IL-2,IFN-γ,T-cell subsets participate in pneumonia happen in autumn.3.2.2 Healthy persons blood serum MT is negative correlation with IgA in spring. Correlation coefficient is -0.442,p<0.05. Healthy persons sputum MT is negative correlation with IL-3 in spring. Correlation coefficient is -0.442,p<0.05. Healthy persons blood serum MT is negative correlation with IL-2 in summer. Correlation coefficient is -0.483,p<0.05. Healthy persons sputum MT is negative correlation with IL-6,IgE in autumn. Correlation coefficient is -0.374,-0.426.p<0.05. Healthy persons blood serum MT is positive correlation with IgG,IgM in winter. Correlation coefficient is 0.364,p<0.05. Disease persons blood serum MT is positive correlation with IgG in winter. Correlation coefficient is 0.017,p<0.05. Disease persons blood serum MT is negative correlation with IgM in winter. Correlation coefficient is-0.464,p<0.05. Disease persons sputum MT is negative correlation with IgM in winter. Correlation coefficient is -0.365,p<0.05.Healthy persons sputum MT is positive correlation with IgE,IL-10 in blood serum among four seasons. Correlation coefficient is 0.984,0.971,p<0.05. Healthy persons sputum MT is negative correlation with IgA in blood serum among four seasons.. Correlation coefficient is -0.953,p<0.05. Disease persons sputum MT is positive correlation with IgE in blood serum among four seasons.. Correlation coefficient is 0.971,p<0.01. Disease persons sputum MT is negative correlation with IgA in blood serum among four seasons.. Correlation coefficient is -0.976,p<0.05.3.3The relativity of Weather factors and immune factors (1)The average temperature is positive correlation with diseases persons'blood serum IgM,C4,IgG,correlation coefficient is 0.986,0.960,0.956 p<0.05;(2)The average air pressure is negative correlation with healthy persons'blood serum C4,IgG,IL-2 and disease persons'blood serum IgG, correlation coefficient is- 0.986,-0.963,-0.959,-0.963, p<0.05;(3)Daily precipitation is positive correlation with healthy persons'blood serum C4,IFN-r,IL-6,IL-3,IL-2, correlation coefficient is0.973, 0.988, 0.989, 0.953,0.961 p<0.05;(4)Average wind power is negative correlation with healthy persons'blood serum IgE ,TNF-α, correlation coefficient is -0.985,-0.981, p<0.05, Average wind power is positive correlation with diseases persons'blood serum TNF-α, correlation coefficient is 0.960,P<0.05;(5)Sunlight percentage is positive correlation with diseases persons'blood serum C3,IgE, correlation coefficient is 0.956,0.959, p<0.05;(6) Humidity/ temperature is negative correlation with diseases persons'blood serum C3,C4,IgG,IL-2, IL-3, correlation coefficient is -0.970,-0.993,-0.955,-0.985,-0.987,P<0.05 . Humidity/ temperature is negative correlation with diseases persons'blood serum IgM,IL-6, correlation coefficient is -0.999,-0.992,P<0.01.4 Conclusions4.1 The body immunity function have seasonal varity current which is fall in autumn and winter,heighten in spring and summer.4.2 Seasonal weather factors affect body immune function seasonal variety to arise pneumonic seasonal high incidence outbreak.4.3The seasonal varity of lung immunity function which affirms by seasonal weather factors may be relate with agency functionary of MT .
