| Research Objective: Investigate the way to improve the women's clinical symptom and psychological adaptive capacity during the period of menopause, and the influence to laboratory reports.Research method: we randomly choose 30 female patients who have menopausal syndrome from the out-patient department, and examine the serum E2,FSH,LH and blood fat such as CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and electrocardiogram one week before the experiments. And then we make a prescription based on Professor Xiao Chengzong's Chinese medicinal herbs at the same time to treat the patients with psychological channels. And three months later, we do the same examines again and write the changes of clinical symptoms and psychological adaptive capacity to judge the effectiveness.Research results: After three months treatments used the method of normal physiological coordination between the heart and the kidney, we found that in the place of patients' clinical symptoms used Nimodiqun's method 17 cases had marked effect, 13 were effective, 0 had no effect, and the total effective rate was 100%. We used the compare t-test in the SPSS methods to statistic the clinical symptoms' integral and found the P<0.01, the discrepancy was marked with regard to the main clinical symptoms and the secondary symptoms, we collect the same result. According to the electrocardiogram, before the treatment the normal were 15 cases, the exceptional which had the change of ST-T were 15 cases. After the treatment, the normal were 22 cases and the exceptional were 8 cases. But the serum E2,FSH,LH and blood fat such as CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C had no obvious very.Conclusions: From the statistics above, we get that the ways we used in the experiments obviously improve the patients' clinical symptoms and the psychological adaptive capacity, and the symptoms of cardiac muscle vertebrobasilar ischemia were better than before. But the method had no influence in the laboratory values of the serum E2,FSH,LH and blood fat such as CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C. |
