The Smilax Anti-inflammatory Effective Parts And Soft Capsules Pharmaceutical Research,

Chinaroot greenbrier popularly known in China, belong to the Liliaceae family Smilax china L.It is commonly used Chinese medicine, which was collected in the "the Chinese pharmacopoeia" in 2005 version.It has various pharmacological effects including relieve sickness wet and disintoxication and so on.The traditional Chinese medicine preparation of "Jinggangteng capsule" has good therapeutic efficacy against annexitis and various gynecological inflammation diseases. We screened the anti-inflammatory activity fraction from Smilax china L.and study on the extraction and purification process of the total flavonoids in it and go further studying the pharmaceutical part of its soft capsule.By the methods of sovent extraction, we got ethyl acetate, n-butanol and tannins sites, determined the anti-inflammation active fractions by pharmacological experiment. The result showed that the anti-inflammation active fractions were ethyl acetate and n-butanol sites, whith mainly were flavone ingredients and saponins from plants.The extraction technology of the total flavonoids was investigated by orthogonal test ; We explored and established the purification technology of the total flavonoids by D101 macroporous adsorption resin and got the steady technical parameters.We also carried on the pilot test, in which the total flavonoids content of the extract was over 75%.We studied on the soft capsules of the anti-inflammation active fractions and got the technological parameters. Methods TLC was used for qualitative identification of the preparation; UV-VIS spectrophotometry was used for quantitative detection of the total flavonoids; Determination of Quercetin in the capsule by HPLC. We established the perfect quality control criteria for the capsule and inspected the preliminary stability.
