Clinical Research. Pain Shu Particle Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea (alpine Stagnate Card)

ObjectiveObserving and analyzing the clinical healing efficiency of using JingTongshu kernel to curl the cold-damp stagnated primary dysmenorrhea to supply the scientific foundation for clinical popularizing the Chinese medicine.MethodChoosing 79 female college students, age around 19 to 25, in accordance with the western medicine diagnostic criteria of cold-damp stagnated primary dysmenorrhea, the Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria of cold-damp stagnated primary dysmenorrhea and dialectal criteria, who had been diagnosed in the outpatient service of Hubei province hospital of Chinese medicine, then grouping them into two groups, the therapeutic group using the JingTongshu kernel to cure, the contradistinctive group using the YueYueshu medicinal granules to cure. The patients' age, course of disease, disease condition, the dysmenorrhea points and the Chinese medicine syndrome of those two groups all have the comparability.(P>0.05)Use the evaluation standards of the dysmenorrhea' s symptom, the sore degree grading standards of the dysmenorrhea, and the evaluation standards of the single Chinese medicine symptom to evaluate the dysmenorrhea of those patients. The patients in the treatment group were given JingTongshu kernel, taken by mouth, twice per day, one pocket per time(10g).The contradistinctive group were given YueYueshu medicinal granules, taken by mouth, twice per day, one pocket per time(10g).Both groups started at seven days before the patients' menstruation, and lasted ten days. Every period of treatment needs two menstrual cycles. After the treatment, during the third menstrual cycle of the cured patients, the recovered patients should be visited.Observe the sore degree of the dysmenorrhea, hemorheology inspection, the entire healing efficiency and syndrome healing efficiency, Chinese medicine syndrome evaluation, tongue manifestation and pulse manifestation etc. Do the blood routine examination, urine routine examination, liver and kidney function examination and EKG etc. Use the disease healing efficiency and the Chinese syndrome healing efficiency determining standards to judge the healing efficiency of JingTongshu kernel.The measurement data of this thesis all accords with Gaussian distribution, inspected by the variance singularity examination, and analyzed by the t-examination; and the enumeration data had been analyzed by the chi-square examination; the ranked data had been inspected by the Ridit analysis.Results1. Comparing the healing efficiency of two groups, the total effective rates of the treatment group is 92.3%, 5 persons been total healed, 14 persons having obvious healing efficiency, 17 persons having healing efficiency, 3 persons having no healing efficiency. While the total effective rates of the contradistinctive control group is 80.0%, 3 persons been total healed, 10 persons having obvious healing efficiency, 19 persons having healing efficiency, 8 persons having no healing efficiency. There is obvious statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).It states that the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the contradistinctive group.2. Comparing the symptom integral of Chinese medicine before treatment and the symptom integral after treatment, both groups' comparison is P<0.05, having statistics significance, meaning that both groups' fore- and-aft symptom have been obvious improved. The comparison of both groups' fore-and-aft total integral is P>0.05, having no statistics significance, meaning after treatment both groups' symptom total integral having similar improvement.3. Comparing both groups' fore- and-aft single symptoms including the abdomen pain, menstruation color, pantomime chilliness, aversion to cold, onus to fall and break, nausea and vomiting etc. All single symptoms' fore-and-aft integral comparison (P<0.05) have statistics significance, meaning after treatment those single symptoms having obvious improved.4. Before using medicine, the hemorheology inspection result of both groups' patients does not have obvious difference (P>0.05), after treatment both groups' high shearing viscosity of the blood have obviously changed(P<0.01), but the low shearing viscosity of the blood and the blood plasma specific viscosity do not have obvious difference(P>0.05).That means both medicine have the function of improving the high shearing viscosity of the blood, but do not have obvious efficiency to heal other symptom. After treatment both groups patients' hemorheology inspection result do not have obvious difference (P>0.05), meaning that both medicine having the equal healing efficiency to improve the patient' s hemorheology inspection index.5. There is no abnormal change of the treatment group in blood routine, urinary routine, hepatic function and renal function after the treatment. It indicates that JingTongshu kernel has no harmful reaction, and it is safe in the course of clinical application.ConclusionJingTongshu kernel can adjust the menstruation, fits for heal the cold-damp stagnated primary dysmenorrheal, and can improve the clinical symptom obviously; it is safe in clinical application, and having not found any side effect.
