Clinical Study On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrheal Of The Type Of Congealing Cold Blood Syasis With Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules

Objective:The observation of the clinical curative effect on the cold and blood stagnation syndrome of primary dysmenorrhea by Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules.Methods:This Clinical research adopts randomized, parallel-group study method.60 patients with cold and blood stagnation syndrome of primary dysmenorrhea, were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each group, respectively were Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules,the treatment group,and Tongjingbao particles the control group. After three menstrual cycles, observing two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score, the degree of pain assessment and the change of serum PGF2a, and statistical analysis, to evaluate the clinical curative effect. After discontinuation of three menstrual cycles observing two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score, the degree of pain assessment, and statistical analysis, to evaluate the long-term curative effect.Conclusion:1. The treatment group and control group were no statistical differences (P> 0.05) in age, course of the disease, Level of pain assessment before treatment and TCM syndrome score were comparable.2. The degree of pain assessment:after be treated three menstrual cycles, both of two group were effective,the total effective rate of treatment and control group was 90.00%,93.33%. compare the curative effect between two group,there were no statistical difference(P> 0.05). Two groups of patients before and after treatment the pain degree evaluation both have significant difference (P< 0.01); after the treatment there is no statistically significant compared between the two way (P> 0.05).3. Comprehensive curative effect analysis of syndromes:after be treated three menstrual cycles, both of two group were effective,the total effective rate of treatment and control group was 93.33%;90.00%. compare the curative effect between two group,there were no statistical difference (P> 0.05).Compare the before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome effect comprehensive score to the two groups of patients,both have significant difference (P< 0.01); after the treatment there is no statistically significant compared between the two way (P> 0.05).4. Two groups of patients before serum PGF2a level comparison, no statistical difference (P> 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the two groups after treatment in patients with serum PGF2a level all have significant difference (P< 0.01), curative effect comparison between the two groups, there is no statistical difference (P> 0.05).5. Withdrawal three menstrual cycles after the pain degree evaluation and change of the total score of syndromes:two groups compared with before treatment had significant difference (P< 0.01). The two groups compared with the end of the treatment of three menstrual cycles, have significant difference (P< 0.01).6. In the clinical observation, regulate the Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules use during treatment of primary dysmenorrhea patients did not find side effects.Results:Regulate the Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules can effectively reduce the degree of pain, improve the TCM syndrome score abort the patients with primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature blood stasis syndrome,and relieve the menstrual pain and discomfort of women, in addition it have no obvious side effects. The Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules may cure the primary dysmenorrhea patients of cold and blood stagnation syndrome by decreased the serum PGF2a.
