Hegu point belong to the large intestine channel of hand-yangming,for the original hole,and Yangming meridinans by more blood and more of the gas,a trip of acupuncture Hegu point has the effect to grow gas and blood,and the balance of yin and yang.To observe the influence of the blood pressure which electroacupuncture Hegu point hypotension blood pressure in rats and reveal its relevant mechanisms,the issue of radioimmuno assay(RIA)technologies such as electro-acupuncture Hegu point observed the plasma endothelin(ET),the content of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)of hypotension rats,with a view to provid the theoretical foundation and experimental evidence of acupuncture Hegu point in the clinical application of hypotension.Methods:Healthy adult SD rats 50,half male and half female,were randomly divided into the normal control group,the sham surgery group,the model control group,the electro-acupuncture treatment group;using abdominal aortic coarctation of hypotension model,electroacupuncture bilateral Hegu point,RIA technologies detected in the plasma of rats ET,CGRP content.Results:1.Normal control group and sham-operated group of blood pressure and plasma ET, CGRP content,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).2.Electroacupuncture treatment group blood pressure before and after treatment compared with a significant difference(P＜0.05).3.Model control group and normal control group,compared with sham-operated group,ET decreased,CGRP was increased with a significant difference(P＜0.05).4.Electroacupuncture treatment group and normal control group,compared with sham-operated group,ET content increased,CGRP decreased with a significant difference(P＜0.05).5.Electroacupuncture treatment group compared with model control group,ET content increased,decreased CGRP with a significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion: 1.He Guxue to electro-acupuncture can improve blood pressure,improve the state of low blood pressure in low-blood-pressure rats.2.Plasma ET,CGRP content of the changes is to promote an important factor in low blood pressure.3.General surgical trauma on blood pressure,plasma ET,CGRP had no effect on content.4.He Guxue electro-acupuncture can improve the model of low blood pressure in plasma ET,CGRP content changes,may be one of the mechanisms of electroacupuncture treatment to hypotension. |
